They tried to keep us out, they tried to bar our way, but little do they know we have returned!!!
After 18 hours of flying we are back in Tokyo!
This time around, our band of adventurers (Matt, Colin, Cristian, Ambernay and myself) are joined with Kathleen and Marise. But alas our merry band was split up from the get go.
But no worries, for the Daifan Bros were still together!
Unlike the others, we traveled through Chicago and onwards to Tokyo.
The flight itself was really bumpy but we arrived in the city safely.
Perhaps it was because Smokey had our back.
From Chicago we enjoyed our 13 hour flight to Tokyo 😁
And of course the first we did when we arrived was to peruse the Gatchas in the airport 😙
We had actually arrived earlier than the others so we got to make our claim on the apartment first
But the others arrived shortly after. Matt was dead on arrival
First thing we do was turn on the wifi
After 18 hours of flying and transferring, we decided to turn in for the day. Today the group will split once again. Where one group will enjoy the whimsical paradise that is the Ghibli Museum and the other...well we'll see.
